Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data at Axis Reg LLP (hereinafter — the “Company”, “we”) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”, as well as applicable GDPR requirements when working with EU residents.

2. What data we collect

  • Name, company name, contact phone / WhatsApp, corporate email — when filling out forms on the site.
  • Content of quiz answers — to prepare a cost estimate.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, traffic source (UTM tags), cookie identifiers.
  • Client registration dossier data — only under contract and with a signed NDA.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Preparing a commercial proposal and cost estimate.
  • Contacting the potential client through the provided contact details.
  • Performance of the signed service agreement.
  • Analytics of site traffic and marketing effectiveness (anonymised).
  • Marketing communications — only with separate opt-in consent and with the right to unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies and IP-based country detection (via the third-party service geojs.io) to select the interface language. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Transfer to third parties

We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except for: (a) infrastructure providers (Google Workspace, hosting) on the basis of their standard data processing agreements; (b) cases expressly required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Retention period

Contact details of potential clients are kept for no more than 24 months from the date of the last interaction. Data of clients under active contracts is kept for the entire contract term and for 5 years after its termination (for accounting and tax purposes).

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its clarification, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent for processing. Send requests to [email protected]. The processing period is up to 15 business days.
